Tips for planning your Event
Please know how many children or persons will be included in the activities. The number of people included will determine how much time you will need for Face Painting, Balloon Twisting, or Glitter Tattoos, and how much time you will need to schedule the Artist to be there.
Face Painting
Our face painting includes full faces, half face designs, cheek art, and arm designs. Guests can pick from many designs. Each design takes up to 5 minutes for each person. When planning your party, the number of guests getting painted will determine how much time it will take to paint each guest. Multiply 5 minutes per guest to come up with the amount of time it will take to face paint all your guests. Note; Some guest may not want to get painted, and may free up some time. Special Note; Must be 2 years old and above to be painted.
Balloon Twisting
We do many balloon twisting designs, some balloon creations use several balloons. Each person gets to choose from many designs, including; Animals, Hats, Bracelets, Flowers, Swords, Space Guns, Wands, Many Characters, Super Hero's, and many, many more. We also do Holiday styles too. Each balloon creation can take up to 4 minutes, we like to keep them under 4 minutes for the benefit of those waiting their turn. When planning your party, the number of guests getting a balloon will determine how much time it will take to make a balloon for each guest. Multiply 3-4 minutes for each guest to determine how much time it will take to make balloons for all your guest. Special Note; Must be 2 years old and above to get a balloon.
Glitter Tattoos
Glitter tattoos are a temporary tattoo using special skin safe glitter glue, and cosmetic glitter. The tattoos can last for several days, but can be removed sooner with rubbing alcohol. We have many designs to choose from, and some styles can be done in several colors. Glitter tattoos are not recommended for the face, and we do not apply them to the face. We apply the tattoos to the arms, or hands. Each tattoo takes about 4 minutes. When planning your child birthday party, the number of guests getting a glitter tattoo will determine how much time it will take to make a glitter tattoo for each guest. Multiply 4 minutes for each guest to determine how much time it will take to make a glitter tattoo for all your guest. Special Note; Must be 2 years old and above to get a glitter tattoo.
Things We Require at Your Event
Our artist require that you provide full shade for them. We cannot work in the direct sun, as our products as well as our artist do not do well in the sun. If you cannot provide full shade for us, we will charge $50.00 to bring our own shade cover.
We also need to work on a completely flat surface, preferably a hard surface. We cannot work on a hill or slope because of the supplies we use.
Please provide at least a 5 foot by 5 foot area for each artist to work in.
Plan the best time for your Artist to arrive
We recommend you have us come at least 1/2 hour after your guest are due to arrive. We start Face Painting, or Balloon Twisting as soon as we get there, and our time starts when we arrive. Please plan accordingly as you know the punctuation of your guests. We don't want to be leaving as your guests are only just arriving at your child's birthday party, and disappoint your guests.
